Scope
These Terms apply to digital products that can be selected, ordered, paid for and supplied directly through the website without prior negotiation of an individual commercial proposal.
They apply to both B2B Clients and individuals who legally qualify as consumers.
Custom services, projects, implementations or activities requiring an individual proposal are governed by the General Terms and the specific conditions agreed for the project.
Relationship with the General Terms
The Unified Systems general Terms and Conditions apply together with this document.
The product page and any specific conditions displayed before the order form part of the contractual framework applicable to that product.
Where a product-specific condition expressly governs a particular matter differently from a general rule, the specific condition applies to that matter to the extent permitted by law.
No contractual provision limits mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

Covered products
These Terms apply to digital products for which the website provides a direct purchase mechanism.
The characteristics, content, purpose, format, price and any limitations of each product are described on the relevant product page.
A product may be changed or withdrawn for future purchases without affecting contracts already concluded.
Product information and pre-contract information
Before an order is placed, the product page and checkout will present the essential information applicable to the product and purchase.
- the main characteristics of the product;
- the applicable total price and mandatory taxes where relevant;
- payment and supply arrangements;
- relevant functionality of the digital content where applicable;
- relevant compatibility and interoperability that Unified Systems knows or can reasonably be expected to know;
- the existence of the legal conformity guarantee for digital content or digital services where the Client is a consumer;
- information about updates where the product includes updates and the information is applicable;
- conditions concerning the right of withdrawal and, where relevant, circumstances in which that right is lost.
Eligibility and authority
The person placing the order must have the legal capacity and, where acting for a company or another person, the necessary authority to conclude the purchase.
For products analysing a website, the Client must own the relevant website or otherwise have the necessary right or authorisation to request its analysis.
Unified Systems may refuse or suspend an order where there are reasonable indications of fraud, unauthorised use, unlawful activity or a significant security risk.
Order process
- 01Select the product
- 02Provide the requested information
- 03Review the order details
- 04Accept the applicable conditions
- 05Pay online
- 06Receive electronic confirmation
- 07Receive the product
The Client can review and correct the information entered before submitting the order.
The final button or action used to place an order carrying a payment obligation will clearly indicate that obligation.
Contract formation
The contract for a digital product is concluded through the electronic order process under the conditions presented at checkout.
The order is associated with the selected product, information supplied, displayed price, these Product Terms, the General Terms and any product-specific conditions.
For products requiring full advance payment, supply may be conditional on successful confirmation of payment.
Prices and taxes
The applicable price is the price displayed for the product when the order is placed, except in the case of an obvious error that must be corrected before performance of the contract.
As of this version, S.C. Eight Sigma S.R.L. is not registered for VAT purposes.
If the tax regime changes, VAT and other mandatory taxes will be applied in accordance with the law in force.
For consumers, the total amount payable including applicable mandatory taxes will be displayed before completion of the order.
Payment
Online payments are processed through NETOPIA Payments or another processor clearly identified at checkout if the payment infrastructure changes.
Unified Systems does not intend to store full payment card details.
If payment is rejected, cancelled or cannot be confirmed, a product requiring full payment before supply will not be delivered until the issue is resolved.
A duplicate payment or confirmed collection error will be remedied according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Contract confirmation on a durable medium
After completion of the order, the Client receives electronic confirmation of the order and the relevant contractual information.
For consumers, confirmation is supplied on a durable medium, normally by email, so that the information can be retained and consulted later.
The confirmation may include the order identifier, purchased product, price, supply information and accepted conditions.
Product delivery
Unified Engine products available for direct purchase are intended for automatic supply after successful completion of the order and confirmation of payment.
Supply may take place by email, secure link, direct download or another method described on the product page or at checkout.
There is no standard manual commercial approval stage between confirmed payment and supply of the product.
For consumers, digital content is supplied when the content or a suitable means of accessing or downloading it becomes available or accessible.
Technical requirements, functionality and compatibility
The Client must have equipment, software and connectivity reasonably required to access the product in the communicated format.
Where a product has specific functionality, compatibility or interoperability requirements, they will be presented before purchase.
For a report supplied in a standard digital format, provision of third-party software, hardware or licences needed to open or use special formats is not included unless expressly stated.
Product characteristics
The product is assessed against the description, purpose, functionality, format and other characteristics communicated at the time of purchase.
An analytical report reflects the data, information and conditions available or analysed when it is generated.
Where the product depends on information supplied by the Client, the accuracy and completeness of those inputs may affect the output.
Updates and support
A report supplied as a one-off digital product does not automatically include future updates, periodic regeneration or continuous monitoring unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Where a digital product or service includes updates, the relevant period and conditions will be communicated where applicable.
Mandatory consumer rights concerning updates necessary to maintain conformity remain unaffected where applicable to the nature of the product.
Delivery errors
If payment is confirmed but the product is not received because of a technical error, the Client should contact us using the support details.
We will verify the order status and attempt to resume delivery or make the product available through an appropriate method.
A technical transmission error does not automatically make a valid order nonexistent and does not remove applicable Client rights.
Legal conformity guarantee for consumers
Unified Systems supplies digital content that must conform to the contract and the characteristics communicated under the conditions provided by law.
This section does not constitute an additional commercial guarantee and does not reduce the legal conformity guarantee.
Consumer conformity rights cannot be excluded or reduced by these Terms where the law grants them on a mandatory basis.
Failure to supply the product to a consumer
Where digital content is not supplied, the consumer benefits from the remedies provided by applicable law.
In the circumstances provided by law, the consumer may request supply and, if supply does not occur without undue delay or within an expressly agreed additional period, may terminate the contract.
The law permits immediate termination in certain circumstances, including where it is clear that the product will not be supplied or where an agreed supply deadline was essential and was not met.
Remedies for non-conformity
In the event of non-conformity, the consumer may be entitled under applicable law to have the product brought into conformity, receive a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract.
Bringing the product into conformity is performed without cost to the consumer and without significant inconvenience, taking into account the nature of the digital content and the purpose for which it was requested.
Where the period established by Romanian legislation applies, bringing the product into conformity must take place within a reasonable period that may not exceed 15 calendar days from notification of the trader, under the conditions established by law.
For a report, bringing it into conformity may, depending on the issue, involve correction or regeneration of the relevant content.
Consumer right of withdrawal
A specific exception applies to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium after supply has begun where the statutory conditions are cumulatively satisfied.
Merely accessing the website or using a preselected checkbox will not be treated as valid acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Immediate supply and loss of the right of withdrawal
Unified Engine products are normally designed for immediate supply after payment.
Where the Client is a consumer and requests supply of digital content to begin during the withdrawal period, checkout will separately request the required prior express consent.
The consumer will confirm understanding that once supply begins under the conditions provided by law, the right of withdrawal may be lost.
Confirmation of the contract will be supplied on a durable medium.
If the statutory requirements for loss of the right of withdrawal are not satisfied, Unified Systems will not treat the right as lost merely because the product is digital.
Exercising withdrawal online
Where an online distance contract continues to benefit from a right of withdrawal, Unified Systems will provide the online withdrawal function required by applicable legislation.
The function will remain available and accessible during the period in which the right may be exercised and will allow an online withdrawal statement to be submitted.
Receipt of a withdrawal submitted through the function will be confirmed without undue delay on a durable medium.
Where the right of withdrawal has been validly lost after supply of digital content begins, the existence of the online function does not create a new right of withdrawal.
Consumer refunds
Where applicable law requires a refund following withdrawal, failure to supply, price reduction or termination, the refund will be made within the applicable statutory period.
In cases governed by the legislation on digital content, a refund due is made without undue delay and in any event within a maximum of 14 days from the relevant point established by law.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method and incurs no fees as a result.
B2B purchases
Special statutory rights granted to consumers do not automatically extend to B2B Clients.
For B2B Clients, cancellation, refunds, non-performance and non-conformity are dealt with under the applicable contract, these Product Terms, the General Terms and applicable civil and commercial law.
After a digital product has been supplied in accordance with the order, a B2B Client does not have a general contractual return right merely because the product is no longer wanted unless a specific condition provides otherwise.
This rule does not affect B2B rights concerning failure to supply, payment errors, contractual breach or other circumstances recognised by law or contract.
Rights of use
Purchase of a Unified Engine report grants the Client the right to use the report for their own personal, professional or commercial purposes as applicable.
The Client may use the conclusions and information contained in the report in their own activity and communicate them internally to persons who need them.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of Unified Engine, methodologies, algorithms, software, models, processes, internal analysis structures or other proprietary components used to generate the product.
Use restrictions
Unless the product page or a separate agreement expressly permits otherwise, the Client may not:
- resell the report as a Unified Systems product;
- publicly redistribute the complete product for commercial purposes;
- represent the product as having been created by the Client or another provider;
- remove or falsify indications concerning product origin;
- use the product for unlawful activities;
- attempt to extract or reproduce proprietary system components not included in the deliverable without authorisation.
Nothing in this section limits rights granted to the Client on a mandatory basis by law.
Reports, automation and artificial intelligence
Unified Engine products may use software, automation, algorithms and artificial intelligence models for analysis, classification and generation of outputs.
A report is an informational and analytical product based on the data and context available when it is generated.
Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, the report does not constitute regulated legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
Recommendations and conclusions do not guarantee a particular commercial result, sales level, traffic volume, conversion rate, SEO ranking, advertising performance or return on investment.
Third-party data and providers
Some products may use or analyse data obtained from platforms, websites, APIs or other external sources.
The availability, structure and quality of such sources may be changed independently of Unified Systems.
Unified Systems does not guarantee the continuity of an external source outside its control, but this does not remove mandatory product conformity obligations towards consumers where applicable.
Complaints, support and alternative dispute resolution
For issues concerning an order, payment, delivery or product conformity, you may contact us at:
- Phone
- 0775 111 888
We recommend including the order identifier and a clear description of the issue so that we can investigate it.
Consumers may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism coordinated by ANPC under the conditions provided by law.
Liability
Unified Systems is responsible for the obligations assumed through the product, these Product Terms, the General Terms and applicable law.
This document does not introduce a general financial cap on liability.
For B2B relationships, specific liability rules may be established separately through individual conditions within the limits permitted by law.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited and nothing affects mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and product-specific conditions
Unified Systems may change these Product Terms for future orders when products, purchasing flows, infrastructure or legislation change.
The published version indicates the date of the latest update.
Changes do not retroactively alter the conditions of an order already concluded except where required by law or validly agreed by the parties.
A particular product may have additional conditions clearly presented before the order. Those conditions apply together with this document.
Applicable law and contact
These Product Terms are governed by Romanian law.
Mandatory consumer-protection rules apply to consumers, including relevant rules concerning jurisdiction and dispute resolution.
