No.

The logo is one component of the identity.

For colour, typography, imagery, composition rules and the broader visual system, the relevant separate product is Visual Identity.

Does Logo Design include Brand Guidelines?

Not automatically.

Can I order a logo for a new brand?

Yes.

A logo can be created from zero.

If the brand positioning and messaging are not yet clear, Brand Strategy may also be useful.

I already have a logo. Can you modify it?

If the change is substantial and affects an existing brand, we first need to determine whether the real need is Logo Design or Rebranding.

We do not automatically treat every modification as a new logo project.

Do I own the rights to the logo?

Yes.

For the approved and fully paid final logo, usage rights and final files are transferred according to the applicable product terms and contract.

The logo is one of the elements through which a brand is recognised.

It is not the entire visual system.

A logo may work very well while the brand still looks inconsistent if every material uses different:
